It’s difficult being shy because it can stop you doing so much, so I understand. A lot of the time being shy can be caused by anxiety, if you go on my page there’s a link at the top called Help & Recovery, and there’s loads of coping tips for anxiety there.
Also, just remember the negative things that you think of yourself when you walk into a room, nobody else is thinking the same.. I know it’s SO much easier said than done, but trying to realise that other people see you so much better than you see yourself can sometimes help you to realise that there’s nothing to be shy about.. but I really do know it’s a lot easier said than done. Hope you’re ok
